Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 8, 2026
Last Updated: March 8, 2026
Welcome to The Dinner Table Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, event pages, ticketing links, mailing lists, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by The Dinner Table, Inc. ("The Dinner Table Club," "DTC," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, purchasing a ticket, joining a waitlist, submitting a form, signing up for emails, or attending a DTC event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. About The Dinner Table Club
The Dinner Table Club is a social dining community that brings people together through curated meals, dinner parties, and related experiences hosted in partnership with restaurants, venues, and collaborators.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or attend our events unless a specific event clearly states otherwise. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
3. Use of Our Services
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity;
interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Services;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems;
use the Services for spam, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized commercial solicitation;
harass, threaten, discriminate against, or otherwise harm other guests, restaurant partners, or members of the DTC community.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services or deny participation in future events if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the spirit of our community.
4. Tickets, Event Registration, and Attendance
When you register for or purchase a ticket to a DTC event, you agree to provide accurate registration, contact, and payment information.
Event details may change from time to time, including the venue, timing, seating format, menu structure, and other event elements. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event if necessary for operational, safety, business, venue, weather, or other reasons.
DTC events are designed to foster connection and shared experiences. By attending, you understand that certain event formats may include communal seating, guided conversation, and interaction with other attendees.
You are responsible for sharing any relevant dietary restrictions, allergies, or accessibility needs before the event. While we do our best to coordinate with our restaurant and venue partners, we cannot guarantee that all dietary or accessibility requests can be accommodated.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, excessively intoxicated, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund where permitted by law.
5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party platforms, including our ticketing and payment partners.
Because our events involve limited capacity, restaurant coordination, and advance planning, all ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated on the applicable event page or in a specific event policy.
If DTC cancels an event and does not reschedule it, we may issue a refund, credit, or transfer option at our discretion or as required by law. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket may be honored for the new date or handled according to the policy communicated for that event.
We are not responsible for expenses incurred beyond the ticket purchase itself, including travel, lodging, parking, or other incidental costs.
6. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect and use information you provide to us, as well as certain website and usage data, for purposes including:
operating and managing events;
processing ticket purchases and registrations;
curating events and guest experiences;
improving our community, programming, and operations;
communicating with you about events, waitlists, and updates;
measuring website engagement, marketing performance, and audience trends;
creating aggregate audience analytics and anonymized community insights;
supporting partnership, sponsorship, and business development efforts using aggregated and anonymized information;
maintaining the security and functionality of our Services.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers and partners as described in our Privacy Policy, including ticketing, payment processing, email marketing, website hosting, automation, analytics, and advertising platforms.
7. Surveys, Community Forms, and Optional Profile Information
From time to time, we may invite you to complete optional surveys, profile forms, or feedback questionnaires to help us better understand our community and improve our events.
These forms may include information such as your city, interests, dining preferences, professional background, age range, lifestyle interests, event feedback, or other audience insights. Participation is always voluntary.
We may use this information to curate better experiences, improve programming, understand our audience, and create aggregated or anonymized audience summaries for internal planning, marketing analysis, and partnership development. We do not share personally identifiable survey responses with sponsors or brand partners.
8. Email and Marketing Communications
If you sign up for our mailing list, join a waitlist, purchase a ticket, or otherwise opt in to hear from us, you agree that we may send you communications related to DTC events, updates, announcements, invitations, and promotions, subject to applicable law.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you transactional or service-related communications, such as ticket confirmations, important event updates, or responses to your inquiries.
9. Event Photography and Media
DTC events may be photographed or recorded for use on our website, social media channels, email communications, and marketing materials.
By attending a DTC event, you acknowledge that photography and video may be captured during the event. If you prefer not to appear in photos or video, please let your event host know at check-in or during the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
10. Intellectual Property

11. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, and tools, including ticketing providers, payment processors, restaurant partners, email tools, analytics services, and social media platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and policies.
12. Assumption of Risk
By attending a DTC event or using our Services, you acknowledge that participation in in-person dining and social events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to food-related issues, travel-related issues, interactions with other attendees, and ordinary risks associated with public venues and hospitality environments.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your participation.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dinner Table, Inc. disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any event or experience will meet every expectation or preference.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific event or service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Dinner Table, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your attendance at events, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
16. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that poses a risk to our business, community, guests, restaurant partners, or platform operations.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
