At the end of each course, you’ll be encouraged to swap seats at each transition. This isn’t just logistical; it’s how we ensure you dine next to different people.
After each course, our team gently signals it’s time to rotate — three to four seats to the left — so by dessert you’ll have met half the table. We track these rotations seamlessly to ensure everyone gets a chance to chat with as many fellow guests as possible. That means by the final toast, you’re not just chatting in small clusters but enveloped in a network of new connections, each person bringing a fresh perspective to the group dynamic.
